ORDER: Plaintiff has requested (ECF No.13 ) that the Court reconsider the July 16 directive setting a briefing schedule and withholding judgment (in the meantime) on the requested TRO. The existing record raises questions about the ownership of the domain at issue, the scope of authorized access to it, and the nature of the assertedly irreparable harm. Generally speaking, "our entire jurisprudence runs counter to the notion of court action taken before reasonable notice and an opportunity to be heard has been granted both sides of a dispute." Granny Goose Foods, Inc. v. Bhd. Of Teamsters & Auto Truck Drivers Loc. No. 70 of Alameda Cnty. , 415 U.S. 423, 439 (1974). Accordingly, the plaintiff's request is denied.
