ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis . (DE2 .) Upon review of Plaintiff's declaration in support of the application, the Court finds that Plaintiff is qualified to commence this action without prepayment of the filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(1). Accordingly, Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to: (1) forward summonses, the Complaint, and this Order to the United States Marshal Service ("USMS") for service upon the Defendants without prepayment of fees; (2) mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff at her address of record; and (3) note such mailing on the docket.
