TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of and has reviewed Plaintiff's filing at1 , which was docketed as a notice of removal. The submission is addressed to the "Honorable Judge of the Supreme Court of the United States" and indicates that it is an "appeal from an order denying post-conviction relief, entered in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Essex County." Because Plaintiff is filing an appeal meant for the Supreme Court, this matter is not a civil rights action intended to be filed in this court. Out of an abundance of caution, Plaintiff shall, by August 22, 2024, file a letter with the court withdrawing his case and request a refund of his filing fee, or alternatively, clarifying his intention. Failure to do so will result in the matter being dismissed and marked closed. The Clerk's Office is directed to mail a copy of this text order to Plaintiff. So Ordered by Judge Brian R.
