OPINION AND ORDER: Summarily, Plaintiff successfully carried out the burden as mandated by Adickes and Celotex. Not only did Plaintiff produce evidence negating an essential element of the nonmoving party's case, but she also established that the Defendant does not have sufficient evidence of an essential element of its claim or defense to carry its ultimate burden of persuasion at trial. Moreover, Defendant fails to present sufficient evidence to demonstrate that there is a genuine issue of fact in dispute for a trial.
