ORDER SCHEDULING HEARING ON MOTION TO DISMISS: On August 22, 2024, G4S Security Systems (Hong Kong) Ltd. ('G4S Security') filed an amended motion to dismiss (the 'Motion') this adversary proceeding. (ECF No. 19.) On October 21, 2024, Mr. Luc A. Despins, in his capacity as Chapter 11 trustee (the 'Trustee') for the estate of Mr. Ho Wan Kwok, filed an objection to the Motion. (ECF No. 23.) On November 20, 2024, G4S Security filed a reply. (ECF No. 25.) This matter is fully briefed.
