ORDER: The Court ORDERS that on or before May 7, 2024, Plaintiff shall file an amended pleading entitled Plaintiffs First Amended Complaint in compliance with the pleading requirements of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a), as explained and clarified by the Supreme Court in Bell Atl.
