ENDORSED ORDER: On April 19, 2024, Plaintiff Danielle Robinson attempted to remove this case to federal court; no defendants have yet appeared in this case. The federal court removal statute, 28 U.S.C. § 1446, provides the procedure for removal of state court actions and states that removal can be initiated by defendants, not plaintiffs. This case is therefore sua sponte remanded to the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. After remand is effected, the Clerk is directed to terminate any pending motions and deadlines, and thereafter close this case. If Plaintiff wishes to pursue her case in federal court, she may dismiss her state court case and file a new case in this court.
