ENDORSED ORDER: An order in an earlier action (Doc. 15 in Sharp v. Dolan, et al., No. 8:23-cv-1867-SDM-CPT) enjoins Sharp from filing in the Middle District of Florida any new action against Timothy Dolan, the Catholic Church, or a Catholic Church official unless a member who is in good standing with The Florida Bar and who is eligible to practice in the Middle District of Florida signs any pleading or other paper submitted by Sharp. In this action, Sharp, appearing pro se, sues the Catholic Archbishop of Saint Petersburg. Sharp's motion (Doc. 2 ) to proceed in forma paurperis is DENIED. This action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, and the clerk must CLOSE the case. FILING ANOTHER ACTION IN VIOLATION OF THE INJUNCTION MIGHT RESULT IN A MONETARY SANCTION. Signed by Judge Steven D.
