ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT. Before the Court is Specialized Loan Servicing and Newrez Mortgage LLC's second unopposed motion to extend their deadline to respond to the plaintiff's complaint. Dkt. No.12 . For the reasons stated in the motion, the Court finds good cause for an extension of the deadline but not for the full thirty-day extension requested. Accordingly, the Court grants the motion in part and denies it in part. It is therefore ordered that these defendants shall file a response to the complaint by August 14, 2024.
