ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's requests for appointment of counsel, Docket No.1 -1 at 26, 40, 44, are DENIED without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, no later than August 16, 2024, Plaintiff must submit a single complete complaint, indicating the claims and defendants that Plaintiff is pursuing in this specific action to this Court. Plaintiff is cautioned that this action will be subject to dismissal without prejudice if he fails to timely comply with this order. A dismissal without prejudice allows Plaintiff to refile the case with the Court, under a new case number, when he can file a complaint and either pay the required filing fee or file a complete application to proceed in forma pauperis.
