ORDER. As discussed at the 10/1/2024 initial conference, Plaintiff must produce the specific documents discussed at the conference, without request, to Defendant on or before 10/25/2024. The parties must serve their Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures on or before 10/25/2024. Any joinder or amendments to the pleadings must be made on or before 11/22/2024. Defendant anticipates filing a third-party complaint, which must be done on or before 11/22/2024. Defendant must try to expeditiously serve the anticipated third-party defendant. Service of process on the anticipated third-party defendant must be completed on or before 12/20/2024, and it must be accompanied by a copy of this Order. On or before 2/14/2025, the parties must file a joint letter informing the Court of the completed discovery items, the outstanding discovery items, and any discovery disputes. Fact discovery closes on 3/31/2025, and, on or before that same date, the parties must file a joint letter certifying the close of discovery. The parties do not anticipate the need for expert discovery. The parties must follow the Individual Rules of the District Judge with regard to any dispositive motion practice and the filing of a proposed joint pretrial order. The parties do not anticipate the need to participate in the ongoing discovery in the related state court action.
