ORDER. Based on the return of service filed in Connecticut Superior Court, it appears Defendant The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership was served through a senior director. This Defendant, however, appears to be an institution of the State of Connecticut, or at least affiliated with, an institution of the State of Connecticut. See https://ctdhp.org/about-us/. In order to provide the State of Connecticut with notice of this suit, the Court orders Plaintiff to serve The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes Section 52-64(a), by (1) leaving a true and attested copy of the process, including the declaration or complaint, with the Attorney General at the office of the Attorney General in Hartford, or (2) sending a true and attested copy of the process, including the summons and complaint, by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General in Hartford. Such service must be accomplished by March 26, 2025 , and proof of service must be filed on the docket by April 2, 2025 , or The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership will be dismissed from this suit. If service is accomplished and The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership still does not appear, the Court will direct Plaintiff to move for entry of default against this Defendant. Likewise, it appears from the return of service filed in Connecticut Superior Court that Defendant Dynamic Dental Solutions, P.C., has not been served, to date. If Dynamic Dental Solutions, P.C., is not served by March 26, 2025 , and proof of service is not filed on the docket by April 2, 2025 , Dynamic Dental Solutions, P.C., will be dismissed from this suit.
