Special Appearance Counsel that are admitted through Motions for Pro Hac Vice are not allowed to enter their Notices of Special Appearance in the case, or file any pleadings in the case, until after the Motion for Pro Hac Vice has been granted. Each lawyer who is not a member of the bar of this court must complete a pro hac vice motion. Local counsel shall file each motion electronically in each case in which the out-of-district lawyer seeks to appear.
