![]() ORDER that the Court DENIES the motion AS MOOT. (ECF No.6 .) The Court has dismissed this case, meaning no proceedings or depositions remain for which Sabbakhan would need ADA accommodations. Further, the Clerk has already docketed Sabbakhan's notice of appeal. If Sabbakhan requests ADA accommodations for her appeal, she must direct that request to the Untied States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, not this Court. It is so ORDERED. Signed by District Judge John A. Gibney, Jr. on 3/6/2025. (Copy of Order mailed to Plaintiff.) (jenjones, ) |

![]() FINAL ORDER. This matter comes before the Court on an Amended Complaint filed by the plaintiff, Khalah Sabbakhan.4 . On January 13, 2025, the Court granted Sabbakahn's motion to proceed in forma pauperis and directed her to file an Amended Complaint. After reviewing the Amended Complaint, however, the Court must dismiss this case because the Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES Sabbakhan's Amended Complaint WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Should Sabbakhan wish to appeal this Final Order, written notice of appeal must be filed with the Clerk of Court within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. Failure to file a notice of appeal within that period may result in the loss of the right to appeal. It is so ORDERED. SEE ORDER FOR DETAILS. Signed by District Judge John A. Gibney, Jr. on 2/12/2025. (Copy of Order mailed to pro se Plaintiff.) (jenjones, ) |
