ORDER - This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion to Compel (ECF No.10 ). In her Motion, Plaintiff requests that the Court compel Defendant to file a financial disclosure statement fully identifying the name and citizenship of each of Defendant's members. Plaintiff additionally requests that the Court stay all pending deadlines - namely, her deadline to respond to the pending Motion to Dismiss - until Defendant files such a disclosure so that she may determine if there is a jurisdictional issue. The same day that Plaintiff filed the instant Motion, however, Defendant filed a complete financial disclosure statement which included members' names and citizenship. The Motion (ECF No.10 ) is accordingly DENIED IN PART AND GRANTED IN PART. The request that the Court compel Defendant to file a complete disclosure of its members is DENIED AS MOOT. However, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's request for a continuance of her deadline to respond to the Motion to Dismiss.
