ORDER - This matter is before the Court on the parties' Joint Motion to Extend Briefing Deadlines (ECF No.19 ). Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss on January 21, 2025 (ECF No.5 ). On January 27, 2025, the Court extended the Plaintiff's response deadline to February 7, 2025. In the instant Motion, the parties jointly request that Plaintiff's response deadline be further extended to February 25, 2025, and that Defendant's reply deadline be extended to March 11, 2025. Therein, Defendant requests that the Court allow Defendant to file its supplemental financial disclosure statement namely, a complete list of its members' names and citizenships under seal. In support, Defendant represents that the member list constitutes "commercially sensitive information" that it keeps confidential in the regular course of business. As such, it requests that the list be made unavailable to the public. Finding good cause to do so, the Motion (ECF No.13 ) is GRANTED. ORDER - This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion to Compel (ECF No.10 ). In her Motion, Plaintiff requests that the Court compel Defendant to file a financial disclosure statement fully identifying the name and citizenship of each of Defendant's members. Plaintiff additionally requests that the Court stay all pending deadlines - namely, her deadline to respond to the pending Motion to Dismiss - until Defendant files such a disclosure so that she may determine if there is a jurisdictional issue. The same day that Plaintiff filed the instant Motion, however, Defendant filed a complete financial disclosure statement which included members' names and citizenship. The Motion (ECF No.10 ) is accordingly DENIED IN PART AND GRANTED IN PART. The request that the Court compel Defendant to file a complete disclosure of its members is DENIED AS MOOT. However, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's request for a continuance of her deadline to respond to the Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff's response deadline for the currently pending Motion to Dismiss is hereby EXTENDED until February 7, 2025. It is SO ORDERED. Signed by District Judge Roderick C. Young on 1/27/2025.
