ORDER. 1.Within TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS after the date of this Order, Petitioner must inform the Court by filing a notice indicating whether he desires to (1) proceed with the Petition as characterized under Section 2254 or (2) withdraw the Petition. 2.If Petitioner chooses to proceed with the Petition as characterized under Section 2254, he must file an Amended Petition using the standard form within TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS after the date of this Order that includes all claims he believes he has and desires to raise under Section 2254; and pay the full filing fee or file an Affidavit of Indigency or other application to proceed in forma pauperis within TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS after the date of this Order. 3.Petitioner's failure to comply with this Order will result in dismissal of this action without prejudice without further notice. 4.The Clerk must mail to Petitioner a prisoner Affidavit of Indigency form and a Section 2254 Habeas Corpus form.
