ORDER denying3 Plaintiff's Motion to Remove Exhibits Filed in Error. On January 29, 2025, Plaintiff filed a complaint that attaches three exhibits, which are themselves specifically referenced in the complaint. See generally ECF No. 1. Plaintiff's present Motion seeks an order directing the Clerk's Office to remove the three filed exhibits from the docket and all public records because the exhibits contain confidential information and were mistakenly filed. That request is denied. Plaintiff does not cite to any rule or provide other authority that would allow the Court to direct the Clerk's Office to remove filings that constitute part of the public record in this case, regardless of whether they were filed in error or contain sensitive information. Instead, the Court directs the Clerk's Office to provisionally seal the exhibits, ECF Nos. 1-1, 1-2, and 1-3.
