See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). A separate Order of Partial Dismissal shall be entered herewith. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for appointment of counsel [ECF No.3 ] shall be held in abeyance for ruling by the United States District Court for the District of Alaska. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that that the Clerk of Court shall TRANSFER the remaining claims in the complaint to the United States District Court for the United States District Court for the District of Alaska.
