MINUTE ORDER. Upon consideration of the plaintiffs' 45 Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Attorneys' Fees, it is ordered that the deadline for filing a motion for attorney's fees and costs is extended to either (1) 150 days after the execution of a settlement agreement resolving the CIDA Plaintiffs' claim attorneys' fees and costs; or, (2) if the parties are unable to settle the CIDA Plaintiffs' claim for fees and costs, 45 days after the CIDA Plaintiffs notify the Court that the parties are unable to settle that claim. It is further ordered that the parties shall file a joint status report within seven days of the conclusion of settlement negotiations, or on June 10, 2025, whichever is earlier.
