MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Accordingly, for the reasons explained in this order, the court denies Grant's motion for compassionate release under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(1)(A)(i). (Document #921 in criminal case). As for the part of Grant's motion that challenges his sentence under Bruen and Rahimi, the clerk of court is directed to open a new motion to vacate, set aside, or correct sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255, directly assign the new case to the same District Judge as in this criminal case, and docket a copy of this motion and order in the new case.
