ORDER Regarding5 Plaintiff's Supplement to the Complaint and Motion and Affidavit to Proceed in Forma Pauperis ("IFP"). Although titled as both a supplement to the complaint and a motion for leave to proceed IFP, the filing does not appear to be a motion seeking specific relief from the Court, and it does not contain an affidavit in support of an IFP motion. To the extent Plaintiff intended the filing as an IFP motion, that motion is denied. Plaintiff must address the deficiencies outlined in the April 16, 2025 order, ECF No. 3, denying Plaintiff's IFP motion without prejudice to refiling.
