4 4 order Order Wed 04/16 2:23 PM
ORDER REGARDING INSUFFICIENCY OF IN FORMA PAUPERIS SUBMISSION. Plaintiff Moales has filed a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. That exceedingly brief filing is insufficiently detailed to evaluate at this time, because it fails to include specific information regarding his assets. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915. The District of Connecticut's in forma pauperis form is found online at https://www.ctd.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/forms/Non-Prisoner-IFP-form-Rev-12-15-23.pdf. Moales is directed to file a completed version of that form or submit another filing including substantially the same information requested in the in forma pauperis form on or before May 12, 2025. If Moales fails to either pay the filing fee or submit an acceptable in forma pauperis form by that date, this action will be dismissed. The Court acknowledges the difficulties facing a pro se plaintiff. Should Plaintiff seek further guidance, they should contact the Federal Pro Se Legal Assistance Program at 203-850-7720 and/or federalproselegal@qu.edu. Signed by Judge Vernon D. Oliver on 04/16/2025. (Urban, N.)
