Plaintiff should amend her Complaint to identify each individual the Plaintiff seeks to name as a defendant. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed with her Bivens claim, she should amend her Complaint to name individual defendants and state specific facts as to how each defendant violated her constitutional rights. Additionally, Plaintiff is NOTIFIED that she should not provide the full names of any minors in her Amended Complaint and to only refer to minors by their initials in order to maintain their privacy.
