Section 1915(a) requires a movant under that section to submit an affidavit that sets forth all assets a person possesses. Plaintiff merely states he has never had a net worth of $2 million. The court requires plaintiff to set forth in an affidavit all assets and any sources of ongoing income the plaintiff has.
