PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Remand (DE9 ) ("Motion"). In the initial Complaint (DE1 ), Plaintiff invoked the Court's diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. However, in the instant Motion and contemporaneously filed Amended Complaint (DE8 ), Plaintiff now seeks damages below the $75,000 threshold, thereby divesting the Court of subject matter jurisdiction. Accordingly, upon review of the Motion, the record, and the applicable law, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion (DE 9 ) is GRANTED . Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c) and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(h)(3), this case is REMANDED to the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida.
