TEXT ORDER entered by Chief Judge Sara Darrow on May 7, 2025. Plaintiff's2 Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis ("IFP") is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Court requires submission of Form AO 239, the long form application to proceed in district court with prepaying fees or costs. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff a copy of Form AO 239. Plaintiff may file a new motion to proceed IFP using Form AO 239 by May 28, 2025. Additionally, the Court notes that the1 Complaint and2 Motion to Proceed IFP contain unredacted private information in violation of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2(a) and Civil Local Rule 5.11(A). See, e.g.,1 Compl. 1-3 (listing given name of minor child M.M.); [1-1] Green Cards,1 Compl. Ex. 1 (showing full name and date of birth of minor child M.M.); [1-1] Proof of Public Benefits,1 Compl. Ex. 3 (listing full name and date of birth of minor child D.M.); [1-1] Form I-130,1 Compl. Ex. 4 (listing a full social security number); [2-1] IFP App. 2 (listing given names and ages of minor children). The Court therefore directs the Clerk to SEAL the1 Complaint and [1-1] exhibits and the2 IFP Motion and [2-1] Application. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2(d) ("The court may order that a filing be made under seal without redaction. The court may later unseal the filing or order the person who made the filing to file a redacted version for the public record."). In future filings, Plaintiff must include only the last four digits of a social security number, the year of a person's birth (not the month and date), a minor's initials, the last four digits of a bank account number, the last four digits of a driver's license number, and the city and state of an address (other than her own).
