TEXT ORDER. This matter was removed from state court on May 7, 2025. Plaintiff's counsel is not admitted to practice in this Court. Therefore, the Court stays this action until June 6, 2025, to allow Plaintiff time to obtain counsel admitted to the bar of this Court or to inform the Court he will be proceeding pro se. The Court will construe Plaintiff's failure to do so as his wish to proceed pro se. Removing Defendant's counsel shall serve a copy of this order on Plaintiff's present counsel forthwith and file confirmation of such service not later than May 16, 2025.
