The Court questioned plaintiffs regarding the allegations in the case. Plaintiffs Lance Hamilton and Stan Hamilton provided information to the Court. The Court discussed with the plaintiffs that they would likely be required to separately set forth their individual complaints regarding their individual claims. The Court further advised the parties that the Clerk of Court may be directed to file the pleadings in a new civil case so that the instant civil action (3:25-cv-00092-BAJ-RLB) shall pertain to Lance Hamilton and a new civil action shall pertain to Stan Hamilton.
