MINUTE ORDER: The plaintiff appears to have filed a corrected version of the complaint as ECF No. 8-1. The Clerk previously advised that rather than filing a corrected complaint, "counsel must submit a change of contact request through PACER pursuant to D.C.COLO.LAttyR 5(c) and 3.5 of the Electronic Case Filing Procedures." ECF No. 3. IT IS ORDERED that the refiled complaint, ECF No. 8-1, is STRICKEN. The originally filed complaint, ECF No.1 , remains the operative complaint. The plaintiff is directed to submit a change of contact request through PACER, as previously instructed, if counsel wishes to update his contact information. Entered by Magistrate Judge Cyrus Y. Chung on 10/02/2026. Text Only Entry. (agryan) |
